This Summary Report for the National Strategic Assessment on Unintentional Harm is the first document of its kind to bring together data and information on a range of areas which are classed as incidents of ‘unintentional harm’ which for the purposes of this report are defined as “unintentional physical and psychological harm that could have been predicted and prevented”.
